Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces beef smoked sausage, thinly sliced coins
- Eggs
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Filling
- 2 ounces cream cheese, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano, dried
How to Make

Step 1: Heat butter in skillet and places coins in a layer all over the pan, and brown lightly.

Step 2: Beat eggs and season to taste.

Step 3: Pour over sausage evenly.

Step 4: Season omelette with a dusting of oregano.

Step 5: Place cheese on half.

Step 6: Fold over lid and cover, finish egg cooking , don't brown.
