Ingredients
- 8 eggs, hard boiled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onion, whites minced, greens diced
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle, diced finely
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, prepared
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper, to taste
How to Make

Step 1: You want the salad to be firm, so mix everything else but mustard and mayonnaise together, seasoning to taste.

Step 2: And add only enough mayonnaise mixed with mustard to bind it. It was pretty stiff to hold up the meat.
