- 2 pounds pork chops (6)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Sauce
- 15 ounces cranberries, whole (1 can)
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
