Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lard
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons oil
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Sift dry ingredients together.

Step 3: Cut in lard.

Step 4: Add milk and mix.

Step 5: Turn out on floured board.

Step 6: Pat down dough and cut into biscuits.

Step 7: Turn biscuits on the greased cookie sheet so tops are greased.

Step 8: Bake for 15 minutes until tops are light brown.
