Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes, yukon gold
- 1/4 pound bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Cook and crumble bacon, set aside.
