Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup self rising flour
- 4 ounces coconut, flaked (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, grated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Cream butter and sugar with mixer, and add eggs one at a time.

Step 3: Add milk and flour until blended.

Step 4: Add rest of ingredients.

Step 5: Pour into Pam sprayed pie pan.

Step 6: Bake 45 minutes.

Step 7: Cool.
