Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce falernum
- 1 ounce manzanilla or fino sherry
- 1 ounce Wray & Nephew white overproof rum
How to Make

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until frosty.

Step 2: Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple spear or chunk, if desired.
