Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg
- 2 ounces bacon( 2 strips)
- 1 ounce American cheese, 1 slice
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 leaf lettuce, iceberg
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 ounce English muffin, toasted
How to Make

Step 1: Butter skillet and cook egg in egg ring, covering to steam.

Step 2: Cook bacon at the same time.

Step 3: Put mayonnaise on both sides of toasted muffin.

Step 4: Put cheese on top of egg.

Step 5: Criss cross bacon on top add lettuce and tomato.

Step 6: Put together.
