Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 9 ounces Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix (1 box)
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: Mix cake mix according to directions, being careful not to beat air into mixture.

Step 3: Mix the rest of the ingredients and gently fold in cake batter.
