- Cake Pan
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Wet
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- Dry
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Topping
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
How to Make

Step 1: Mix wet ingredients together.

Step 2: In another bowl, whisk dry ingredients together.

Step 3: Combine.

Step 4: Butter and flour a 9 inch cake pan.

Step 5: Pour into pan.

Step 6: Mix topping ingredients together, adding butter and flour together then cinnamon, then brown sugar.
