- 1 pound peas, frozen, rinsed in hot water, drain
- 2/3 cup sweet pickles chips, chopped finely
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, minced
- 2/3 cup celery, minced
- 4 eggs, hard boiled, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup American cheese, cubed small
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Dressing
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise, to taste
- 1/8 cup sugar, to taste
- 1/8 cup sweet pickle chips, minced
- 1/3 tablespoon red bell pepper, minced
