Step 1: Mix meatball ingredients and season to taste.
Step 2: Make the meatballs 1 inch in diameter.
Step 3: Drop into 8 cups boiling water.
Step 4: When they are floating, add veggies.
Step 5: Cover, and turn to simmer.
Step 6: Simmer for 60 minutes.
Step 7: Season to taste.
