Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to the pan; swirl to coat.
Step 2: Add the spinach to the pan in batches, cooking each batch for 2 minutes or until just beginning to wilt before adding more.
Step 3: Stir in the pepper.
Step 4: Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
