Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 30 ounces French cut green beans, (2 cans)
- 12 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded (1 1/2 cups )
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Topping
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Pam spray 9x9 casserole dish.

Step 3: Heat butter and flour together and lightly season.

Step 4: Drain one can of beans into the roux.

Step 5: Drain the other can in the sink.

Step 6: Add beans.

Step 7: Heat.

Step 8: Add the sour cream and cheese.

Step 9: Pour into Pam-sprayed casserole casserole.

Step 10: Top with panko bread crumbs.

Step 11: Bake until bubbly and lightly browned for 40 minutes.

Step 12: Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
