- 3 cups mashed potatoes, hot
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ,to taste
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 3: Mix all the ingredients together, whisking mustard with milk.
