Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 9 ounces fresh spinach, torn (1 package)
- 2 Gala apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 4 ounces white Cheddar cheese, extra-sharp, shaved
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup honey-roasted cashews
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
How to Make

Step 1: Whisk together the first 7 ingredients in a large serving bowl until well blended.

Step 2: Add the spinach and other ingredients, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
