Step 1: Heat bacon grease.
Step 2: Add ground beef and onions and season lightly.
Step 3: Cook until browned.
Step 4: Add garlic and chili powder, red pepper flakes, tomatoes and beans.
Step 5: Simmer 30 minutes, adding water as needed.
Step 6: Season to taste.
