Ingredients
- 24 ounces chicken breast, cooked, boneless, skinless, diced (3 cups)
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained (1 can)
- 6 ounces water chestnuts, sliced (1 can)
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Garnish
- 8 leaf lettuce leaves
