Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup figs, dried, chopped and stems removed
- 2 teaspoons brandy
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Pinch salt
How to Make

Step 1: In the bowl of an electric mixer cream together all the ingredients (butter - salt) until creamy.

Step 2: Store in refrigerator for up to one month.

Step 3: If using it on bread or muffins it is best to let it sit out at room temperature to soften before spreading.
