Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 ounces bacon
- 1/4 pound ground beef
- 2 ounces American cheese (2)
- 2 slices tomatoes, diced
How to Make

Step 1: Cook bacon and season meat to taste.

Step 2: Add along side bacon.

Step 3: In another pan, melt butter.

Step 4: Season eggs lightly.

Step 5: Pour into hot pan.

Step 6: Crumble bacon.

Step 7: Add drained cooked beef to one side.

Step 8: Top with 1 slice cheese to one side.

Step 9: Cover and let cheese melt.

Step 10: Add tomatoes.

Step 11: Fold over top with cheese.
