Step 1: Cut cucumber into batons and then place them into a plastic container with a lid. Add the remainder of the ingredients (-salt) to the container and close container and shake for about 30 seconds or so.
Step 2: Place container in the refrigerator and chill for an hour or so, shaking every once in a while.
Step 3: Keep refrigerated, and are best eaten within 24 hours.
