Ingredients
- 15 ounces beets, sliced, undrained (1 can)
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/16 teaspoon dry ginger
- 1 teaspoon crystallized ginger, minced
How to Make

Step 1: In a medium size saucepan, mix together the beet juice along with remaining ingredients, except beets.
