Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce Bourbon
- 3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino (or another amaro)
- 3/4 ounce Aperol
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
How to Make

Step 1: Place a coupe glass in the freezer.

Step 2: Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Stir. Add ice and shake well. Remove the coupe from the freezer and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Step 3: Garnish with a lemon twist, if desired.
