Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce pure Grade A maple syrup
- 1/2 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1/2 orange wheel
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1 1/2 ounces club soda or seltzer
- Orange twist, garnish
- Luxardo cherry, garnish
How to Make

Step 1: Add the maple syrup, orange juice, lemon juice and bitters in a Rocks glass. Stir to combine.

Step 2: Add the orange wheel. Muddle lightly to release the oils.

Step 3: Add the bourbon. Stir well. Add ice to fill the glass, then top with the soda or seltzer.

Step 4: Garnish with the orange twist and the Luxardo cherry.
