Step 1: Rinse your filets and dry with paper towel
Step 2: Place filets in an oven proof dish, single layer, spread a layer of mayonaisse on the fish, sprinkle with the spice mixture
Step 3: Bake in 375f oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily
Step 4: Sprinkle with lemon and add some Tartar sauce in you wish
