Ingredients
- 6 pounds ground beef
- 3 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds onion, chopped fine
- 3 cups cracker meal
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 12 eggs
- 3 cups celery, chopped fine (1 bunch)

Step 1: Beat eggs.

Step 2: Mix all ingredients, pack in 3 loaf pans and bake 3 1/2 hours. (temperature not given, but for such a long baking time, probably 325F).
