- 2 egg yolks
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon shortening, melted

Step 3: Meanwhile, sift dry ingredients together in bowl.

Step 7: Butter waffle iron heavily Pam spray.

Step 8: Cook waffles until done serve with butter and maple syrup.
