- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, shaved
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- Topping
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
