Step 1: Brown ground beef and onions in one skillet.
Step 2: Season lightly and shake in some Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
Step 3: Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Step 4: Slowly add the flour, stirring constantly, to form a brown roux.
Step 5: Pour in beef broth and milk, mixing well.
Step 6: Add ground beef mixture, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
