Ingredients
- 15 ounces French green beans, drained (1 can)
- 15 ounces bean sprouts, drained (1 can)
- 15 ounces hominy, drained (1 can)
- 6 ounces water chestnuts, drained, sliced (1 can)
- 2 ounces pimento, drained (1 jar)
- 6 ounces mushrooms, drained (1 can)
- 1 cup onions ,chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- Dressing
- 2 1/2 cups vinegar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Mix dressing in large bowl have a 5 gallon ice cream pail (big plastic covered tub)

Step 2: Put all ingredients in tub.

Step 3: Pour over dressing.

Step 4: Shake to get all veggies coated and season to taste.

Step 5: Let set in refrigerator at least two days shaking every day to mix.
