Step 1: Pulse cream cheese, peppers, feta, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, half of the basil, and the oregano in a food processor until it is completely smooth.
Step 2: Spoon into a serving bowl and drizzle with Chile paste, olive oil, or sriracha.
Step 3: Garnish with the rest of the basil and serve with dippers.
