1 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped (leaves and tender stems)
1 cup red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/4 teaspoon scotch bonnet peppers, diced
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1 cup yellow onion, diced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 lime, juiced
2 teaspoons vegetable bouillon
1/16 teaspoon ground clove
10 to 15 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed
How to Make
Step 1:
Blend all ingredients in food processor. You can add more scotch bonnet peppers and garlic, but why? Lol Also if not vegan can use chicken bouillon.
