Ingredients
- Zest
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Apple
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 green apples, 1/2 inch dice
- 1 cup water
- Lemon
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup lemon juice
How to Make

Step 1: Heat zest mixture for 10 minutes and cool.

Step 2: Sieve to catch zest into a bowl.

Step 3: Meanwhile, put apple mixture in food processor, peel and all.

Step 4: Process until smooth.

Step 5: Sieve into lemon zest bowl.

Step 6: Mix with lemon mixture into a pitcher and chill 3 hours.
