Step 1: Peel the carrots and trim off the ends.
Step 2: Cut in half lengthways, then cut on the diagonal into slices about 1/2 cm thick.
Step 3: Place the carrots in a steamer basket and steam for 7 minutes until softened.
Step 4: Gently heat the butter in a frying pan.
Step 5: Add in the caraway seeds and cook for 30 seconds until they start sizzling.
Step 6: Add the carrots, seasoning to taste.
Step 7: Stir into the butter until glossy and heated through, about 3 minutes.
Step 8: Toss thoroughly with the parsley and serve.
