Step 1: Get spices ready.
Step 2: Heat oil add onions cook until translucent.
Step 3: Add ginger, garlic, spices and lentils.
Step 4: Swirl around for a minute.
Step 5: Add broth.
Step 6: Simmer 20 minutes until lentils are cooked.
Step 7: Add lemon juice serve with lemon wedges.
