Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, smashed
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- Topping
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Saute the onions in oil until translucent, add garlic and cook until softened.

Step 2: Add to ground beef and mix in.

Step 3: Add the rest of ingredients.

Step 4: Place in a Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.

Step 5: Mix sauce ingredients.

Step 6: Pour sauce over, covering completely.

Step 7: Bake in 350F degree oven for 90 minutes until done.
