Ingredients
- 12 ounces spam, cubed (1 can)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 28 ounces hominy, drained (1 can)
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F.

Step 2: In 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole, beat eggs lightly.

Step 3: Add milk, hominy, Spam, corn meal, salt and pepper. (Season to taste)

Step 4: Dot with butter.

Step 5: Bake 45 minutes or until mixture is lightly browned.
