- 8 ounces snap peas, trimmed, minced (2 1/2 cups)
- 1 pound red cabbage, shaved (about 6 cups)
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, minced
- Dressing
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3/4 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
