Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add honey, garlic, lemon juice, salt and crushed red pepper; cook, stirring, until hot, about 1 minute.
Step 2: Add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until opaque and just cooked through 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3: Sprinkle with parsley (or cilantro) and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
