Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh baby spinach
- 16 ounces bean sprouts, drained (1 can)
- 8 ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained (1 can)
- 4 eggs hard-boiled, chopped
- 6 ounces bacon strips, cooked, crumbled (6 slices)
- 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
How to Make

Step 1: Make dressing in a mason jar and shake like crazy. Some recipes blend in blender

Step 2: Add the salad ingredients to large bowl and toss.

Step 3: Season lightly.
