Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Filling
- 2 ounces smoked bacon, (2 strips)
- 1/4 ounce herbed cream cheese
- 2 slices tomato
How to Make

Step 1: Cook bacon until crisp and remove.

Step 2: Add butter to pan.

Step 3: Beat eggs and season to taste.

Step 4: Add eggs to hot butter.

Step 5: Add dots of herbed cream cheese.

Step 6: Add chopped bacon on top.

Step 7: Add tomatoes on one side.

Step 8: Flip lid to cover for a minute until eggs completely set.

Step 9: Plate.
