Ingredients
- Salad
- 3 pounds cooked rotisserie chicken, sliced into thin strips
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 12 ounces frozen green beans
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 cup red onion, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar or to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Garnish
- 4 green onions, sliced into 1-inch thin strips
- 4 ounces sweet and sour sauce
- 4 ounces macadamia nuts, toasted, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled, sliced into 1-inch thin strips with vegetable peeler
- 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
- 3 ounces fried wonton wrappers (1 package)
How to Make

Step 1: Make the dressing earlier in the day in a mason jar, shake the heck out of it.

Step 2: Mix the salad ingredients.

Step 3: Pour dressing onto salad and toss.

Step 4: Add garnishes except wonton and sweet and sour sauce, add those last.
