Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Juice of one lime
How to Make

Step 1: Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 2: Mix wet ingredients together.

Step 3: Stir the two together to combine thoroughly. Place the marinade into a container just large enough to hold your chicken. Add the chicken and turn each piece to coat completely.

Step 4: Marinate for 24 hours. Cook the chicken to your liking.
