Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, seasoned
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 ounce cream cheese, diced small
- 1 tablespoon real bacon bits
- 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno slices
- 1 ounce pepper jack cheese (1 slice)
How to Make

Step 1: Heat oil and butter.

Step 2: Beat eggs with water season to taste.

Step 3: Pour eggs into pan and scramble a bit, add in cream cheese, bacon and jalapenos and scramble until almost cooked.

Step 4: Put slice of jalapeno pepper cheese on and cover, take off heat leave until cheese melts.
