Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup apricots, canned, drained and chopped
How to Make

Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat add the cornstarch and sugar and then add the apricot nectar and heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Step 2: Serve warm or chilled over ice cream.
