Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Topping
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup butter
How to Make

Step 1: Mix together (except topping) with electric mixer and put into greased casserole.(2 quart)

Step 2: Mix topping and spread over mixture.

Step 3: Bake at 375 degrees until browned. (30 minutes)
