Ingredients
- 16 ounces whipping cream (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 ounces fruit cocktail, drained (1 can)
- 6 ounces whole maraschino cherries, drained (1 jar)
- Garnish
- 12 lettuce leaves
How to Make

Step 1: Whip cream and vanilla, gradually adding sugar and salt to taste.

Step 2: Stir in mayonnaise.

Step 3: Fold in the drained fruits.

Step 4: Pour into 12 individual paper cupcake liners. (Silicone cupcake liners)

Step 5: Freeze until firm.

Step 6: Peel away paper and serve, sliced in half, on lettuce leaf.
