Ingredients
- 2 ounces texas toast
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 ounces bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jelly
How to Make

Step 1: Beat the eggs and season to taste.

Step 2: Heat 2 bacon strips in pan until crisp.

Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon butter to another pan.

Step 4: Dip 2 slices bread in eggs.

Step 5: Add to hot butter and cook until golden.

Step 6: Remove and add eggs to pan, scramble.

Step 7: Butter French toast add spread jelly across the whole piece.

Step 8: Add eggs on one side of each toast.

Step 9: Top with bacon.

Step 10: Fold like a sandwich and lean across plate it's going to get drippy! lol
