Step 1: Drain mushrooms into cup and get milk ready.
Step 2: Heat butter and add flour, season lightly and brown.
Step 3: Whisk in milk and mushroom juice.
Step 4: Cook until thickened season to taste and add mushrooms and eggs.
Step 5: Heat until warm.
Step 6: Serve over toast.
