Ingredients
- 1 hoagie or hot dog bun
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 4 ounce hot dog (1)
- 1 ounce bacon, cooked
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, smooth or chunky
- 1-2 teaspoons jalapeno jelly
- 1-2 teaspoons jalapeno relish (or regular hot dog relish)
How to Make

Step 1: Cook the bacon so it's nice and crisp, set aside.

Step 2: Butter bun, set aside.

Step 3: Split the hotdog down the middle, but make sure it stays connected.

Step 4: Grill hotdog open like a book, so it gets nice grill marks both on the open and other side.

Step 5: Before the hotdog is done, put the open bun on the grill to get a little toasted.

Step 6: To assemble:

Step 7: Spread peanut butter on toasted bun, lay bacon on one side, put jelly over peanut butter on other side. Add some relish, top with the hotdog.
